Hello,
My name is Uriel Tamir Thaller.
I am 42 years old, father to 5-year-old Nina.
Diagnosed with CPTSD.
Ever since I started school, straight after the 1st grade started, I was bullied, emotionally and physically, by the kids I grew up with in my Kibbutz.
When I was 10 I started seeing Phycologists and Other therapists, yet it was when I was 13 that I announced I was on my way to end my life, which made everybody wake up, helping me changing schools, which helped for a bit.
When I was 16 I experienced a defining moment in my life.
After two weeks of deep suicidal thoughts, I decided to embark on a journey to find my way out of suffering.
After 11.5 years of searching, checking and internal investigating, I have reached the desired moment. I found my way.
My method goes through 4 exercises, which help me stay in regular contact with myself. I found that my relationship with myself is what gives me comfort, Tranquility, self-confidence, strength to continue and love for my surroundings.
Over the past 14 years, I have distributed more than 40,000 stickers in Hebrew and English all over the world, bearing the main insight of the method, which helps me to this day loving myself and my life, every time:
“It’s O.K. You can breathe. The change happens by itself.”
Over the years I was told countless times, both by writing and by the way, telling me how this sentence helped them through times of breakups and new beginnings, starting/ending new jobs and pretty much in every kind of change one can think of.
Since this sentence came to me 14 years ago, I spent much of my energy on understanding it, studying it and listening to the experiences of others, and found that it triggers all of the 4 exercises, which makes it the most time, money and energy saving thought I ever found.
The most important change I had experienced since finding it, is my self-esteem, which grew in ways I am still investigating.
Once a person understands what he or she can do with what they already have, their possibilities become endless.
Their answers are there, inside, my sentence is for helping the user find them.
Beyond that, I gave lectures in Israel and around the world, held workshops and met with anyone who was tired of living in constant fear.
The main thing I work on with my method is to improve the experience of change in our lives. One can be afraid of change, I am an excellent example for that, only it is not mandatory, one can live differently.
